We provide a range of Survey and Set Out services, Site Assessments and reporting to EPA and Local Authority standards, Property Inspections and reporting, Architectural services and completion of Planning Applications from concept, through design, consultation and submission.

Terrestrial Survey Services

We have partnered with and completed projects for Local Authorities, State Agencies, Real Estate Agents, Engineering and Architectural Firms, Legal Practices, Community Groups, Builders and Clients for projects of all types and sizes. Our terrestrial survey services include:

Drone Surveys

Our Drone or Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) surveys use the latest hardware and software to gather high resolution imagery and spatial data from the air which is geo-referenced from the ground to create 2 and 3d models. Our services include:

Topographic and boundary surveys, in particular for large areas or sites with difficult terrain or poor access
Large developments and busy sites which can be surveyed quickly, accurately, without interruption and with reduced risk

We have extensive experience and expertise in successfully delivering Planning Applications.

We work with our clients through design, preparation of the application, preparing drawings, maps and supporting documentation for the planning submission. We will coordinate all necessary consultation with Local Authorities.
