B&M Burns Consultancy Ltd is a family owned and run business, based in Skibbereen, West Cork with over 30 years of experience and expertise. We provide a range of Survey and Set Out services, Site Assessments and reporting to EPA and Local Authority standards, Property Inspections and reporting, Architectural services and completion of Planning Applications from concept, through design, consultation and submission.

Drone Surveys
Our Drone or Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) surveys use the latest hardware and software to gather high resolution imagery and spatial data from the air which is geo-referenced from the ground to create 2 and 3d models. Our services include:

Topographic and boundary surveys, in particular for large areas or sites with difficult terrain or poor access

All our clients will have access to their surveys from a cloud-based portal and no software is required to review the 3d models.
Architectural Services & Planning Applications
We have extensive experience and expertise in successfully delivering Planning Applications.
We work with our clients through design, preparation of the application, preparing drawings, maps and supporting documentation for the planning submission. We will coordinate all necessary consultation with Local Authorities.
